PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
Processing time refers to the time spent preparing and packaging your order. Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping times are based on carriers; once a package leaves our hands, delivery is beyond our control. Please see domestic and international shipping sections below for more information.
COMBINING ORDERS
We are unable to combine separate orders. If you missed something, reach out before your order ships and we'll do our best to help. A payment link may be sent to cover any difference.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your label is created, tracking info will be sent your way. Allow up to 2 business days for tracking information to appear. We know the refresh button is tempting — we get it.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
We ship primarily via USPS to the contiguous 48 states, with an estimated delivery of 1–7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally via USPS. Delivery times vary by weight and destination and do not include processing time. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. If you have not received your package after 4 weeks, please contact us.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, or taxes assessed by their country. These are outside of our control and not included in your order total. Keep an eye on your tracking — unpaid fees can cause delays or returns.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your order leaves our hands, it's in the care of the carrier. Golden Plan is not liable for late, lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned to sender, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
