All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges — this ensures every order that goes out is new and unused. Please review your order carefully before checking out. If you have questions about a product beforehand, we're always happy to help.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS FINAL SALE
All sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable. Digital products are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Reselling or sharing is not permitted. Once a purchase is completed and the file has been delivered, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. We encourage you to review all product descriptions and previews carefully before completing your purchase. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.
CANCELLATIONS
Changed your mind? We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Once it's on its way, it's final.
PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Small batch means slight variations in print, color, or sizing may occasionally occur. These don't affect quality or function — they're simply part of what makes each order uniquely yours.
WEAR & TEAR
Exposure to sunlight, everyday handling, and your environment can affect materials over time. Minor fading, softening, or change in color are a natural part of use and is not a defect. Think of it as your Golden Plan growing with you.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We'll make it right with an exchange of the same item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
